HEALTHY NUT BEVERAGES FOR

YOUR DELIGHT

Carrot Pumpkin Nut Punch
 6 cups water
5 medium carrots
¼ cup of diced raw pumpkin
½ cup cashew
½ cup almond
Honey to taste
1 tsp. Pure vanilla
Sea salt (optional)
                                               ¼ tsp. Coriander
Method:

Dice carrots and pumpkins; boil in 3 cups water for five minutes (optional). Blend until smooth with cashew and almond. Add remaining water, honey and salt to taste. Very refreshing and nutritious beverage, serve chilled.

 

Banana Nut Punch
4 cups water
3 ripe bananas
¼ cup roasted oats
¼ cup peanuts
¼ cup almonds and or cashews
1 tsp coriander
2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
                                                 Sea salt to tasteMethod:

Blend nuts in 2 cups water. Add remaining ingredients and continue blending until smooth. Serve chilled.

Coco-nutty Milk
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup warm water
¼ cup cashews or almonds
¼ tsp salt
1 Tbsp raw honey or a hand full of raisins
1/4 cup sesame seeds                                

Method:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve with cereal or have as a healthy breakfast/lunch beverage.
